Well, tomorrow is the big day. In my church, you’re occasionally assigned to speak and tomorrow, it’s my turn. The last time I had to do this was in 2013 so I’m out of practice. My speaking style is to have the entire talk written out and in front of me but to have it mostly memorized. I think delivery is key and I know it’s hard for me to pay attention when someone is just reading their words. And since the talk is completely written and mostly memorized, there’s only one thing left to do before tomorrow. Pick my outfit. It’s weird that I haven’t been able to decide yet but like I said, I’m out of practice. Here are some of my ideas:

Decisions, decisions. Here’s what I do know: I’ll be wearing black tights with whatever I choose. And if it’s a dress, I probably can’t wear boots because I’m not tall enough. The other thing I know: I’m going to be really nervous tomorrow. Wish me luck!
