I’ve been feeling like I want to change up Ella’s room a little bit. I love her room but I think it needs more depth and it could be cozier. Here are some of the ideas I’ve been thinking about (read: constantly obsessing over):

The wall above her bed is empty right now so I want to put an animal bust surrounded by paper flowers on that wall.

 

 

 

There’s a corner in Ella’s room that is normally just a pile of stuffed animals that don’t fit into her toy trunk. I’d like to turn that corner into a little reading nook. She already has a chair and a bookcase and adding a canopy would tie them together and go with the other whimsical and girly touches in her room.

 

Lastly, to make the room cozier, I would add pillows and maybe a little rug by her bed.

So none of these would be major changes but I’m always thinking about how to make Ella’s room a little more special and fun. It is the room that houses her imagination and her play and I want it to reflect the magic she adds to our family.
