The first Sunday Best of 2019!

I have high hopes for my Sundays this year. I feel like my faith experiment really was effective and now I have a new goal to tackle: a hope experiment.

Hope sometimes seems like one of those impossible to understand, lofty concepts. It does for me, anyways. You need it in order to have faith but you also need faith to have hope; I’ve had a hard time making sense of this my entire adult life.

But something about the new year has inspired me to search for it. Really, truly seek it out. I was able to do it with faith. I believe I can do it with hope.
