tck diy // dollar tree butterfly

If you love inexpensive and easy DIYs, this is the project for you! I found these wood daisies at the Dollar Tree a month or two ago and I haven’t known what to do with them. But I thought I would grab some and wait for inspiration to strike. Then the more I stared at them, the more like butterflies they looked to me!

But I try not to do random DIYs that will just take up space or collect dust (a new goal of mine!) but since Caroline’s room has an eternal springtime/butterfly theme going, I think it would be the perfect spot for a butterfly project.

Keep scrolling to see where the butterfly will go in this space!

Here’s what you’ll need:

Wood Flower (Amazon dupe!)

Yarn

Pom Maker (I use these all the time! such a good set & price)

Scissors

Hot Glue Gun

And here’s how to make one yourself:

So simple, right?! I loved transforming this flower into a butterfly and it’s the perfect addition to Caroline’s room.

What would you do with these wood flowers? I have a few more, here’s to hoping more inspiration will strike!
