Party activities can be SO hard to come up with- they have to be age appropriate, appeal to large group, and not be too hard to manage. We had 3 ballerina party activities for Caroline’s birthday and I loved them all! They can also be adapted for lots of other themes so keep scrolling for inspo! And in case you missed it, I shared the decor for this party on the blog already- check it out here!
I love craft stations for parties because they’re easy to set up and kids of all ages like them. I partnered with Party by Punch and they generously gifted us their Tulle Cool Party Box. It had decor, a special cup and crown for the birthday girl, and this tutu drawing sheet!

The girls got to decorate their own tutus with crayons (included in the box!), colored pencils, and a wide collection of gems & stickers from Michael’s.
The next activity was a collaboration with my friend Jessica of Dear Jane Paper. She has printable crowns on her site and I had the idea to make crowns that the girls could decorate themselves. She made two different star designs and one blank design and the girls could choose what they wanted. I added some pretty trim (this star tulle is my favorite) and the girls got to use the same craft supplies from the tutus to make the crowns their own.

And for the final activity, I drew inspiration from the birthday girl! She is always trying to put my makeup on so I thought it would be fun to let the girls play with makeup and accessories to turn into ballerinas themselves. These containers were perfect for holding all the supplies: lipstick, lip gloss, blush, eyeshadow, necklaces, scrunchies, hair clips, stick on earrings, and of course a little makeup wipe for when it was time to go home.

I loved watching Caroline finally get to live out her makeup fantasy!

Two crafts and one interactive activity were plenty to keep the girls occupied and you could adapt these easily for a princess or fairy theme. Pretty much any girly party, which this definitely was!
